These are the terms and conditions of Gekko Gallery BV in Utrecht. We registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht under number 30178740. These terms and conditions are deposed at the Chamber of Commerce under number 30178740.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Carrol Boyes website. By ordering from our Carrol Boyes website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from this website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Mistakes in the order are for buyers risks. Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours by email without any charge. We will refund the money in your account minus the overseas transferring cost. Be aware all overseas banking transactions are with costs. These costs are for the buyer.

Freight Charges:

These charges are applicable for Germany, France, Great Brittain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Spain and Austria. For other countries please email us on info@gekkogallery.com.

Freight higher than 30 kilos are on request.

Pricing:

Prices are inclusive VAT. Excluding freight charges and import duty. Excluding returning costs. Gekko Gallery BV is not reliable for price fluctuations and mistakes in pricing.

Customs

When ordering goods from our website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the purchaser; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities

Delivery time:

When the ordered products are in stock we will dispatch the products within 1 – 4 days after payment is received. When products are out of stock we will inform you by email over the estimate dispatching date.

Our latest dispatching date will be 30 days after ordering. When goods can not be dispatch within these 30 days we will inform you as soon as possible and you can make the choice whether your want to cancel the order free of charge.  Made payments will be refund within 30 days on your account.

Acceptance of this right is on the products that are specially ordered for the customer on request and are not in our standard product range.

Product Range:

Our product range is constantly moving, so products can be out of stock or even taken out of the product range.

Freighting:

Standard we use TNT Post.

Return of Goods:

Return of goods must be authorised by Gekko Gallery BV by email and can only be made within seven (7) days of delivery.  Goods must be returned undamaged, with the original packaging intact and with copy invoice with our nominated freight forwarder. We will refund the money excluding the freight cost within 30 days after product is returned. Gekko Gallery BV has the right to refuse the returned products or refund the whole amount when products are damaged or used or not been returned within seven days of delivery.

Special conditions:

Acceptance of this return policy is when the products are specially ordered for the customer on request and are not standard in our product range.

Warranty:

Carrol Boyes will warrant its products against faulty workmanship and the customer is entitled to his or her rights under South African law. Since the products are hand-forged, irregularities are not imperfections but rather a feature of the process and the product. Gekko Gallery BV does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
